| Application Notes: | The original rabbit IgG antibody binds human IL-6 with a high affinity and has a dissociation constant (Kd) of 3.75 X 10 ^(-12) M. A combination of AbAb01-IL6 and AbAb02-IL6 can be used in a double antibody sandwich ELISA, where AbAb01-IL6 is used as a capture antibody and AbAb02-IL6 is used as a detection antibody. The sensitivity of IL-6 detection for this pair was reported to be 10pg/ml (10ng/L) (CN112175080). |
