Application Notes:The original rabbit IgG antibody binds human recombinant interleukin-12 protein containing Ile23-Ser328 sequence of IL-12A and Arg23-Ser219 sequence of IL-12B with a binding affinity of Kd=2.14 nM. A combination of 12E3 and 7G11 can be used in a double antibody sandwich ELISA, where 12E3 is used as a capture antibody and biotin-labeled 7G11 is used as a detection antibody. The sensitivity of human IL-12 detection for this pair was reported to be 11.05pg/mL (11.05ng/L) (CN115819580).
