The original mouse IgG version of this antibody binds human IFN-gamma with a binding affinity of Kd= 158 pM. A combination of antibodies 8C5F8 and 13E6H4 can be used in a double antibody sandwich ELISA, where 8C5F8 is used as a capture antibody and 13E6H4 is used as a detection antibody (CN116284381). |
