| Application Notes: | The original antibody was used for flow cytometry on hCD98/hLAT1-E-expressing CT26 cells to determine its specificity, it was also shown with flow cytometry that this antibody bound to monocytes, activated T cells, and activated B cells. The effect of this antibody on amino acid uptake was determined, it was shown that this antibody significantly suppressed leucine uptake in human bladder cancer cell line T24 cells. This antibody was tested in vivo on a mouse cancer model using colorectal cancer Colo205 cells, here it showed that it was able to strongly supress tumor growth (US9688770B2). |
