The antibody was employed in sandwich ELISA as the capture antibody, where it was used in a matched pair in conjunction with 1F9. The linear range of the double-antibody sandwich ELISA established was 31.2-2000pg/mL, with a sensitivity of 4.98pg/mL. The antibody pair was found to be stable from -20 to 37°C (CN118255883). |
