| Application Notes: | Folic acid (Folate) is mainly detected clinically through the folate-binding protein (FBP) detection method. This antibody can be used for the detection of folic acid bound to FBP in serum/plasma and red blood cells. The original mouse IgG antibody binds folic acid-FOLR1 binding complex with an affinity of around 47 pM. A combination of 1M2B2 and 2M2E5 can be for the detection of folic acid bound to FBP in a sandwich assay, where 1M2B2 was used as a coating antibody and 2M2E5 was used as detection antibody. This combination was used for time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatography (CN118344485). |
