| Application Notes: | This antibody can be used to detect human cTnI in human serum samples. A combination of 7D2 and 7H4 can be for the detection of human cTnI in a sandwich assay, where 7D2 was used as a coating antibody and HRP conjugated 7H4 was used as detection antibody. The sensitivity of detection for this combination was reported to be in the range of 60ng/mL~500ng/mL (CN107561289). |
