The antibody was used for additional immunohistochemistry on angiogenic Me157-VEGF-A tumours grown in brains of nude mice and showed that it only accumulates in tumor vessels and not in healthy vessels. This antibody was used for an ELISA on amino acids 47-506 from plexin D1 (US9422358B2). |
