The antibody, together with 4-5 was employed to build an heterodimeric clasping antibody with enhanced binding properties. The clasping antibody bound to the H3K56me3 peptide by IP assay (Kd= 0.3 nM), whereas the single antibodies did not. The scFv format of the antibody, together with 4-5 was selective for H3K56me3 in an IP assay (Kd= 1.0 nM) (Riso et al., 2025 ; PMID: 39793060). |
