| Application Notes: | The original antibody (rabbit IgG) was generated and confirmed to specifically recognize human ROR1 via ELISA. The binding affinity of this antibody to human ROR1 was measured to be 0.896 pM using a biomolecular interaction analyzer. This antibody was used as a capture antibody as part of an antibody pair in a sandwich ELISA together with Ab05012, as each of them has a different epitope determinants. The reported detection sensitivity in the sandwich ELISA assay was 156.25 pg/mL. (CN115724973A). |
