| Application Notes: | The original antibody was used for flow cytometry on melanoma cell line UACC-62 Cells, it showed it could detect GPNMB. It can also detect GPNMB in lymphoma and leukemia cell lines. This antibody is used for a western blot on on GPNMB. This antibody is able to immunoprecipitate GPNMB. This antibody was tested for its antibody mediated indirect cell killing, it showed 70% killing of the GPNMB positive UACC-62 cell line. This antibody was conjugated to Auristatin-E, and its ability to kill cancer cell lines was tested, it showed that cell lines SK-Mel2, WM-266-4, G361, UACC-257, UACC-62, RPMI-7951 and SK-Mel5 were susceptible to 1.15.1-AE mediated killing in a dose-dependent fashion (US8846873B2). |
