| Application Notes: | The original antibody (rabbit IgG) was generated and confirmed to specifically recognize human thrombomodulin via ELISA. A biotinylated version of this antibody was used as a detection antibody together with Ab050xx as part of an antibody pair in a sandwich ELISA, as each of them has a different epitope determinant. The reported detection sensitivity in the sandwich ELISA assay was 1.33 pg/ml (CN117624367A). |
