| Application Notes: | The original antibody (human IgG1) was generated and shown to completely neutralize 100% of rVSV-LASV-LI particles with an IC50 of 2–4 nM. It also completely neutralized authentic LASV-LI in a Plaque-Reduction Neutralization Test (PRNT) (Hastie et al., 2019; PMID: 31398326). BLI characterization revealed high binding affinity, with apparent KD values of 0.559 nM, 0.494 nM, 0.154 nM, and 47.0 pM for LASV lineage I (LI) GP, LI-R198S-GP, LI-Q397H-GP, and LASV lineage IV (LIV) GP, respectively (Buck et al., 2022; PMID: 35730904). |
