The original format of the antibody and the mouse IgG1 version specifically stained FGFR2 IIIb and FGFR2 IIIc on many cells (SNU-16 cells, NCI-H716 cells, and KATO III cells) and with cancer cells endogenously having the FGFR2 IIIb or FGFR2 IIIc protein (US10881734B2). |
