| Application Notes: | The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The mouse IgG1 version of the antibody exhibited specific binding to the FGFR2 IIIc-expressing HEK293T cells and no binding to the HEK293T cells expressing FGFR2 IIIb or the other members of the FGFR family by flow cytometry. The original and the mouse IgG1 format of the antibody were capable of specifically staining FGFR2 IIIc on NCI-H716 cells and with cancer cells endogenously having the FGFR2 IIIc protein in the xenograft tumors derived from NCI-H716 cells (US10881734B2). |
